September 10, 2025 ETIP Job Training Reimbursement Grant ETIP 101

Description

The Illinois Manufacturers’ Association is excited to kick off another job training reimbursement opportunity. We will discuss how your company can utilize the Employee Training Investment Program (ETIP - the grant IMA administers that can reimburse Illinois manufacturers up to 50 percent of their job training costs). 

Last year more than 200 Illinois-based manufacturers received over $3.5 million in grant funding to up-skill over 30,000 employees in their jobsites. This program can reimburse up to 50% of training costs, allowing manufacturers to provide their workers with the skills needed to keep them safe and productive as well as grow their abilities. 

Sarah Hartwick, IMA’s Senior VP and Executive Director of IMA’s Education Foundation and Megan Loberg-Simmering, IMA's ETIP Grant Administrator, will share the steps to apply, submit & key deadlines in the grant cycle.
