Description
The Illinois Manufacturers' Association is pleased to announce the launch of another round of the Employee Training Investment Program (ETIP), offering Illinois manufacturers the opportunity to receive reimbursement for up to 50% of eligible employee training costs.
Last year, more than 200 Illinois manufacturers received over $3.25 million in ETIP funding, supporting training for more than 30,000 employees across the state. ETIP helps manufacturers invest in workforce development by offsetting the cost of training that enhances employee skills, improves workplace safety, and increases productivity.
