Description

Manufacturers use noncompete agreements for select workers handling their most sensitive information which must be protected. New trends indicate a shifting bias against using noncompetes.

Join us for this timely discussion as we examine the use of noncompetition agreements and other restrictive covenants in the employee workplace. The speakers will discuss new trends in the law, such as positions of the Federal Trade Commission and the National Labor Relations Board, as well as recent case law.

The program will discuss what these trends mean for employers using these types of clause, and what employers can reasonably expect in the coming year.

We will also examine practical alternatives to noncompetes that should be considered by employers. Presented by Taft Law
