In partnership with the Great River Economic Council:  Every business in in our region is well aware of the unique challenges in finding enough employees. Solutions such housing and transportation can help – but what else? 

Many manufacturers assume that using automation is too costly to implement or is only for very large companies.

Come dig a bit deeper into the opportunities at this meeting of the IMA and the Great River Economic Development Foundation as we learn from fellow manufacturers creative approaches to using automation processes to address the workforce shortage. 

We’ll be discussing:
