Designed exclusively for small manufacturers across Illinois, this monthly forum brings together IMA manufacturing members with 150 employees or fewer to connect, collaborate, and tackle shared challenges.

This month, SMC Chair Nirel Inman, President of Chicago Glue & Machine, will explore a focused discussion on Energy with Brandon Fong, Principal Commodities Management Group, Constellation Energy.

Energy remains a top concern as manufacturers face rising costs driven by demand growth, capacity constraints, and supply pressures. With grid reliability at risk and policies that could trigger costly service disruptions, this is a critical conversation for every small manufacturer.
