Major policy changes are underway in Washington D.C. with the change in Administration. In the first week of the Trump Administration, there have been a host of immigration-related Executive Orders along with leadership changes in federal agencies which will have an impact on manufacturers and employers across the United States. Many orders issued by the Biden Administration were rescinded. So where do we stand today and how can employers prepare? 

The news about U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) visiting and auditing manufacturers and employers, along with the uncertainty by employees, are raising questions. What happens if your company is contacted by the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) division of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). What are your rights and those of your employees? Are you prepared? 

Join us for this discussion about what to do if ICE shows up at your door, how an ICE investigation is different than a typical HIS Form I-9 audit and how to prepare and be in compliance with the law.
